People can bid on a house that is listed.  If their bid reaches a price that you the potential seller has set, we will contact you. You will tell us two prices: The “ballpark” price indicates a price which you will want to be notified if someone bids, and a “sell” price which if someone offers you that amount you will sell. No addresses will be available, so no people will be stopping by your house or emailing/phoning you to negotiate. There won’t be a for sale sign on your lawn because your house isn’t for sale. All contact is done through our website. We are hoping that you will support us and allow us to include your house on our site. We know you aren’t looking to actively sell your house. So, give us a price that reflects that. A price that would make it worth it for you to sell.
